ISEBOX offers a variety of useful and powerful insight tools, which can be customized to deliver the specific information that you need. The Visitor Analytics section not only let's you filter data by date, but also through logical conditions and can present it on a tailored dashboard to you.

Where can I find Visitor insights?
1.) Click on Reports in the Navigation Menu.
2.) Select the desired Project and Content Page and click Get Project Reports.
Note: You can view reports on all Content Pages within a specific project, by selecting the Project and leaving Select Content Page as is. To export a report on all Content Pages within the ISEBOX Account click All and Get Project Reports.
3.) Click the Visitor Analytics tap, if it hasn't been loaded by default.
Hint: If your account has exceptionally high amounts of content, the tab might take some time to load.
How to add, move and remove an Insights Widget
Adding a new widget:
1.) Click DASHBOARD at the top left corner of the Visitor Analytics tab.
2.) Pick a desired metric from the add-a-widget section. Hover with the mouse on top of the widget preview and drag and drop it onto the dashboard.

Moving a widget around the dashboard:
Clicking the grey widget title area let's you drag and drop the widget to where it matters. The arrangement of widgets is automatically saved.
Tip: To save multiple arrangements of widgets (e.g. Social Media Insights, Campaign Insights, etc.) you will have to create custom dashboards.

Removing a widget:
1.) Hover on the grey widget title area to reveal the widget options. Clicking the X removes the widget.
How to create, edit and delete a custom Visitor Segment
Custom Visitor Segments is a powerful tool to filter the analytics data through logical conditions. All widgets will then reflect the data that pass this filter.
Creating a custom visitor segment:
1.) Click ALL VISITS at the top of the Visitor Analytics tab.
2.) Click Add new segment
3.) Pick from the variety of metrics and drag and drop to create a logical filter. Pick a fitting name and click Save & Apply. Below is an example:

Editing and Deleting a custom visitor segment:
1.) Click the Pencil next to the segment that you would like to edit or delete.
2a.) Editing a custom visitor segment: Do the desired changes and click Save & Apply.
2b.) Deleting a custom visitor segment: Click Delete in the bottom corner.

How to create, rename and delete a Custom Insights Dashboard
If you use the Visitor Analytics a lot you will be pleased to know that you can save multiple arrangements of Insight widgets. You can have the dashboard always display the relevant data dependent on the task that you are working on.
Here's how you create a new Dashboard:
1.) Click DASHBOARD at the top of the Visitor Analytics tab and then pick Create new dashboard at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
2.) Pick a relevant Dashboard Name and select empty dashboard and click Yes.
3.) Keep Adding widgets as needed. (Read more here)
Tip: You can choose between multiple dashboard layouts in the manage dashboard section to effectively use the available space.
4.) The new dashboard that you create is added to the top of the page. Now you can easily switch between multiple layouts to help your workflow.
Note: ISEBOX automatically saves the arrangement of widgets on your dashboard.

Renaming and Deleting a Custom Dashboard:
1.) Select the dashboard that you would like rename or delete (In this example: "Social Media Insights").
Hint: The dashboard will have a red font when its selected.
2.) Then click DASHBOARD at the top of the Visitor Analytics tab to open the dropdown menu.
4.) At the bottom you will see Manage dashboard. Pick the action you would like to do and follow the instructions on the pop-up.
Hint: If have only one dashboard view created, Remove dashboard will be greyed-out.

How to pick a custom date range
1.) Click the date field with the small calendar icon at the top left corner of the Visitor Analytics tab.
2.) Pick the date range you would like to analyze in detail.
3.) Click Apply.
Hint: All widgets will now update to the date-range that you picked. If your account has exceptionally high amounts of content, the tab might take some time to load.
