Uploading video to a Content Page

Uploading video in ISEBOX is easy.

1.) Click the Video Tab and select Upload in you Content Page Settings

2.) Click Add Files in the bottom corner and Choose your files and lastly Start Upload

3.) After content is uploaded, click Save & Exit.

Hint: You will see a green message popping up on top if everything has been done properly.

Formats: Almost any video format can be uploaded into ISEBOX. These include mp4, mov, flv, wmv, avi, mpeg, and others. If you have any trouble, please contact us. 

Sizes: Each video file can be up to 1GB in size using the standard uploader, and up to 5GB in size using Large File Upload. Please keep in mind that larger file size take both longer to upload (and for your users to download), and longer to process. Please allow extra time for this.

Processing: After uploading, it can take from between 2 and 20 minutes to process a video file. This time depends on the size of the video file. For example, a 10MB video may take just a few minutes, while a 500MB video could take up to 20 minutes when servers are very busy.

After you’ve uploaded your videos, ISEBOX will then process them into multiple formats so that it is viewable on all platforms and devices. Once a video is ready finished processing, it will automatically be added to your ISEBOX page. In the meantime, your default image will be displayed.

You will be sent an email as soon as your video is finished processing.
