Restoring Deleted Content and Content Backup

When you delete content in ISEBOX, after confirming that you wish to delete the content, it is immediately removed.

However, we retain all content for 90 days after deletion. Currently, this content can only be restored by emailing ISEBOX Support and communicating the filename (best you can remember) and filetype (video, document, etc.). If the content is retrievable, we will restore the data back to your account.
