We want you to be successful. We do. And to be successful using ISEBOX, you will need a few ingredients.
Title
When choosing the title for your Content Page choose something that both reflects the content of the page, and that will cause your potential viewer to click through to read the content page. Here's a blog article on choosing your title: Click Here
Featured Hero Content
With your featured hero content - you want this to be the most compelling multimedia you've uploaded. So, for instance if your release is involving a cosmetic item being released, and you have product shots, a commercial video showing off the product that includes testimonials, a few PDF's including the allergy information for the product and an audio clip for radio - of those things, the most compelling content would be the video. Choose the video as your featured hero content on the content page. You want that to be the first thing people see when they open the content page.
Featured Text
For your featured text area - consider this your "teaser" of sorts. You both want to give the reader the gist of what they're going to find in the body of the content page, and get them to click through to read the rest of your content and see your uploaded assets. The goal here is to tease them in to wanting to know more about what you have to say. Best practice character length here is less than 150 words.
We do not recommend putting your contact information in the featured text area. Use Widgets for that purpose.
Multimedia
If its worth creating a content page for - it's worth including multimedia. One of ISEBOX's strongest features is the ability to manage your multimedia. The more multimedia content, the better. Your goal is to give journalists the option of using multiple images, videos, documents and audio files in their articles.
Overwhelmingly - the campaigns with more multimedia assets uploaded perform better than those who don't.
Widgets
The use of widgets on ISEBOX content pages is what takes your page from boring to a living, breathing, updated by the moment content hub. Widgets allow you to add Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and basically any other content you can dream up right to your content page.
Use widgets for:
- Contact information
- Embedding your website
- Adding social media accounts
- Highlighting
- Creating a subscription based email list
