Unsubscribe Users Manually

To manually unsubscribe a user from a distribution list:

1.) Click Lists in the Navigation Menu.

2.) Click Active Recipients in the distribution list that the to-be-unsubscribed user is in.

3.) Find the to-be-unsubscribed user in your distribution list and click Move to unsubscribed.

Tip: If your distribution list has thousands of users it can be quite time consuming to find the specific one. Click on the double arrow next to Login E-Mail Address or Name to sort by A-Z or Z-A or use your browser's search feature and search for the name or E-Mail.
