Creating a Distribution List .CSV File

To create a .CSV Distribution List File that works with ISEBOX you will have to make sure that the document has only two columns: Name and Email and that the file has a *.csv ending (e.g. distribution_list.csv)

Common reasons for errors:

• The name or email is missing from one or the other column. A single missing email can cause the whole thing to error in rare instances.
• The file is *.xlsx instead of *.csv. Often when we're working in Excel we're used to just clicking Save without changing the filetype. In Excel go to File > Save As > Browse
