Supported Video, Image, Document and Audio Formats

Below you will find all supported document types. If there is a content type that is not supported by the platform, we suggest putting them in a ZIP file and adding to the Documents section.

IMAGES
ISEBOX accepts the major image formats used for web. Images can be any resolution - the higher the better. ISEBOX will automatically create low-resolution versions for download when a high-resolution image is uploaded.

Formats: PNG, JPG, GIF (TIFF are considered Documents)

AUDIO
Web streaming audio is supported by ISEBOX.

Formats: MP3, MP4

DOCUMENTS
All popular document types are supported. Anything that is not supported can be added to a ZIP file and added to your Content page.. If you'd like to request a particular document type to be supported, please email us to make the request.

Formats: DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, PDF, TXT, ZIP, AI, PSD, TIFF

VIDEO

ISEBOX can accept just about any video format you come across. The fully approved list is below.

Be sure:

• Video files play locally without issue (if it doesn't play on your computer it is likely ISEBOX will have trouble processing the video for desktop and mobile)
• All video uploaded has the metadata that you would like included as video is distributed
• Start and end time tags are correct, when applicable

Note: Video is very complex. There are thousands of possible scenarios that can introduce issues when transcoding. ISEBOX tries to automatically resolve most of these, but things happen. Please contact support@isebox.net with help in resolving any issues.
